* All mounts are custom to order.   We specialize in Trophy Room Quality mounts.  Panels, shields, bases, and other options, including wall and table pedestals, open mouth, antlers in velvet, habitat, or exhibit displays for any mount are upgrades and additional costs must be agreed to in advance.

Terms and Conditions:

ALL TANNING ACCEPTED AT OWNER’S RISK.  All capes require proper field tending and skinning.  As with all taxidermists, Brook Water Wildlife cannot guarantee the condition of your game hide.   Taxidermists cannot guarantee the quality of tanned hides due to variations in hunter field care, wildlife health conditions, and tannery processing.  All efforts will be made for quality hide preservation and clear communication with customers for a professional final product you will be proud to display.  

 Rejections or Additional Charges:  The tannery or taxidermist may reject your cape due to poor quality, such as hair slipping.  Some conditions, such as extensive cuts in the hide, excessive dorsal cuts, short capes or missing hide, excessive holes or cuts in the brisket area or other improper skinning techniques could incur additional charges or require the purchase of a replacement cape.  These conditions should be identified and discussed with the taxidermist and as with all hides and capes, requires inspection by the taxidermists prior to accepting or beginning any work.  Call your taxidermist for field care and skinning requirements…or see the Brook Water Wildlife Field Care Guide.

 A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL WORK PRIOR TO beginning any services and is due at time of drop off and completion of a work order.  Upon completion of your order, you will be notified according to the contact information provided in the work order. The balance is due within 10 days of the notice.  However, with prior arrangements, you may leave your trophy in our showroom for a set period of time until it is convenient for you to pick it up.  

 Completed work not paid for within 30 days of notification is subject to late charges of 10% of total price and storage fees.  After 90 days your trophy is subject to resale or disposal with loss of initial deposit.  At Brook Water Wildlife, we know our customers expect quality services and we will strive to make fair and reasonable effort to contact you in the event you do not respond to initial notification.  We guarantee that our care of your trophy meets the highest standards in the industry.
